day twelve . . . upside down
you know what i love?
more than anything, i love watching students find the courage to face fears . . . tap into their own power, having no idea it existed . . . and discover the awesome possibilities within their practice.
today i led a workshop on inversions. and if there's any series of postures we do in yoga that require a special combination of bravery, strength, and imagination - it is within the total shift of perspective (and gravity!) in going completely upside down.
