take flight - this saturday


There is great freedom, power, and beauty in arm balancing. 

This Saturday, I will offer a workshop that will offer students the tools and techniques they need to tackle a wide array of arm balances from bakasana (crow pose) and tittibasana (firefly) to koundinyasana (sage pose) and yogini dandasana! 

Join me, learning techniques to develop upper body strength, and discover safe and fun ways to overcome the inevitable fear and apprehension of doing something new. But most of all, prepare to be a kid again.
